Our representatives have just returned from China, where they visited
Asia’s largest Internet of things fair, the International
Internet of Things Exhibition. The visit was a great opportunity to get acquainted
with latest trends and novels from the world of technics and radio
technology.

– Among the innovations that attracted attention, we found a fitting room with a 3D scanner,
where selection of clothes is based on body posture. An interesting solution,
gaining popularity in Asian markets is a refrigerator that
thanks to RFID technology informs about the status of the goods and allows one to
make a „self-checkout” transaction. There is a strong development of autonomous solutions and
mobile technologies in this part of the world. We hope that this trend will also reach
Europe, ro support the development of sales e.g. on not commercial Sundays – said Jakub Kownacki, Technical Director of ISS RFID.

The attention of visitors also attracted the robot tagging products with RFID labels.
Most novelties were in the retail and mobile technology
area.
